SRP vs Competitors |
|
|
Benefits of the SRP System |
| |
|
| |
 |
| |
Self Contained |
| |
- The SRP Glass Restoration System vacuum seals to the glass, which allows you to keep all of your polishing materials self-contained. This eliminates unnecessary mess, which is commonly associated with other scratch removal systems.
- The continuous flow of abrasive (slurry) through the system will cool the glass, thus allowing you to operate at 5,000 to 6,000 rpm’s versus 1,000 to 3,000 rpm’s with conventional systems. The ability to polish at close to 3 times the speed of conventional systems allows you to complete jobs in ¾ of the time it would take using other methods.
- By re-circulating your abrasive through the system, you are able to drastically reduce operating expenses. With conventional systems you apply a paste or use a cerium oxide impregnated pad, which is a one-time application. With the SRP scratch removal system; a $22.00 bag of polishing compound will last for 10 to 15 working hours.

Unique Design |
| |
- We have incorporated a clutch mechanism, which will control the amount of pressure that the polishing pad has on the glass surface. This insures that you have the same amount of pressure from the polishing pad, at every point being polished. Conventional units require the operator to apply body pressure, which is very inconsistent and will create more distortion.
- The black funnel looking device, which surrounds the polishing pad, will prevent any uneven polishing from the polishing pad. What this means is that the polishing pad is completely parallel with the glass surface at all times. With other systems it is very difficult to keep the polishing pad parallel with the glass.

Versatile, Mobile, Cost Effective & Profitable |
| |
- Versatile: Perfect for laminated, curved, tempered, insulated, plate and mirrored glass.
- Mobile: Use where scratched glass occurs; in the manufacturing plants, on building sites, in offices, homes or parking lots. Requires only a 110-volt outlet.
- Cost Effective: Saves money in manufacturing, distribution or fabrication environments by reducing scrapped glass. Cost effective in the field by saving the cost of removal, replacement and reinstallation.
- Profitable: Low variable expenses with limited commercial competition equals large profits as an add-on or stand-alone business. Some Retail Scratch Removal businesses have reported margins as high as 65% on revenues of US $500,000.
